All our steaks are seared and baked to deliver exceptional taste and tnederness. On site grilling is available.   Our basic beef cuts is USDA Black Angus Choice.  Upgrades include the top grade  USDA Prime which  delivers exceptional marbling from younger, well-rased  cattle, and the more affordable (than prime)  Premium Angus Choice, with better marbling. 

Multiple options are availabe from local Ranchers who offer a variety of organic, grass and grain fed products, as well as national speciality producers from whom we can overnight product. Dry aging gives your steak time to tenderize and get more flavor.  Wet aging doesn’t take as long, has similiar results, retains more juice, is most traditional and affordable.

If you want to source your own beef It can be delivered to Dream Team Foods, prepared and delivered to your event.
