A)  Concession Management  Services  

Fully insured, chef owner of Dream Team Foods.com,  David Carr is a Safe-Serv Food Manager with experience operating staff and artist hospitality

To manage your concessions David Carr will support the local health department to insure all vendors are maintaining a high quality of cleanliness, temperature, holding  and professional presentation to reduce food service problems, and assure customer satisfaction.

We can employ your favorite vendors or design a custom Food Court with no duplications and all your desired specialties.  

Before your event, interested parties may call me as a information source. All applications will collected, reference checked, then presented for review by your event management team.    Vendors can have a single point of contact with an experienced food professional.

We can assure assures nobody runs out of product.                                                          Ice and non alcoholic beverages may provide extra value. 

B) Staff and Volunteer Benefits

If you utilize  volunteers, Dream Team Foods will make your people feel happy, valued  and satisfied.  Well fed volunteers tend to relate best with your patrons and value their responsibility more. 

We can coordinate your Volunteer/Staff/Artist food service with our cost effective meat and vegetarian  menu,  providing whole foods made on site by your volunteers.   Breakfast Lunch and Dinner can be provided buffet style in 150 minute service windows with options for between meal snacks.

C)  Complimentary Backstage/VIP Hospitality

Plate up  a menu that says you appreciate your artists and top value patrons, produced backstage with an access point for non artist VIPs.  Use our Wait service / table mainatainence option.  No alcohol sales/only your comps   

D) The Company Store   

We will operate a concession staffed with your volunteers that offers a simple, value menu of non competing foods, snacks, sundries, and beverages where the proceeds will benifit the festival or a designated non-profit.
