NOTE that all Hot Hors D’oeuvres and Appetizer Suggestions are best presented immediately after cooking on site to ensure quality, texture and structure. We will deliver these items either raw for you to cook, precooked and held hot, or we heat for you on site for required equipment and labor fees.
