Dave Carr, has participated in the food industry since 1987 when he joined Anchor’s Away, a Philadelphia restaurant purveyor who delivered flash frozen ready to eat restaurant meals to homes and businesses. Dave moved to Culinary Impressions A Cut Above in 1989 to add full service catering to the menu of flash frozen ready to eat entrees. While working with Chef John Biegun, CIA, Dave attained more experience with superior product and presentation. In 1992 Culinary Impressions A Cut Above closed. Dave moved in another professional direction, yet still contracted food service for outdoor gatherings and music festivals in the summertime, providing 200-700 meals three times a day in temporary locations employing a full service mobile kitchen with support staff. Dream Team Foods was established in 2012 and reorganized in 2015, providing weddings, corporate parties, family celebrations and drop off catering. Dave Carr is ServSafe Certified Food Manager 17499374 recertified in 2019.
