Dave Carr, has participated in the food industry since 1987 when he joined Anchor’s Away, a Philadelphia restaurant purveyor who delivered flash frozen ready to eat restaurant meals to homes and businesses. Dave moved to Culinary Impressions A Cut Above in 1989 to add full service catering to the menu of flash frozen ready to eat entrees. While working with Chef John Biegun, CIA, Dave attained more experience with superior product and presentation. In 1992 Culinary Impressions A Cut Above closed. Dave moved in another professional direction, yet still contracted food service for outdoor gatherings and music festivals in the summertime, providing 200-700 meals three times a day in temporary locations employing a full service mobile kitchen with support staff. Dave Carr is a ServSafe Certified Food Manager.
Lorraine Carr will handle all your planning needs. She will explore your ideas and contract for all the little things that will make you event successful. From place settings, to site selection, outdoor tents, entertainment, decorations, child care and entertainment, Lorraine will flawlessly execute the details so you can focus on the guest list and a good time. Lorraine previously worked as a corporate event planner, a component of her experience as an Executive Assistant.
Your event will be supported by experienced wait and kitchen staff. A professional bartender will manage your full service bar if desired, or you may assume responsibility for provision and service of adult beverages.
