Full Service Sit Down at Your Location –
Our staff will pass hors d’oeuvres and provide virgin mixers for your guests to enjoy before Dinner. We will serve plated salads before the main entree on your place setting or ours. We will clear the main course, and then serve dessert and coffee.
Family Style Service at Your Location –
To open, we will present the hors d’oeuvres station for your guests to enjoy. We will then serve a family style Salad and Breadbasket to each table with dressings, followed by family style entrees and sides, refreshing the bread as needed. We will clear before serving a dessert assortment and coffee carafe. Virgin Beverages will be available at a walk up location.
Self-Serve Buffet at Your Location –
We will present an hors d’oeuvre assortment before we present the Salad, Bread and Main Entrees in chafing dishes at a central service location. After Dinner, we will present the dessert and coffee table, Virgin Beverages will be available at a walk up location.
Farm to Plate –
We will source all food and beverages from local Connecticut or neighboring producers. We will present your menu of choice on a local farm of your choosing in an appropriate setting under a tent or in a barn with full service seating. We will finish and plate your meal on site while you enjoy a memorable venue. Your dining experience can include your combination of passed Hors d’oeuvres, table service, buffet self-serve, thematic presentation stations, beverage stations, coffee, tea and espresso service, your dessert table. Your guests can leave with our Farm Market To Go Gift Bags (ARR/Copyright2013).
Drop Off Service at Your Location –
We will deliver Hot or Cold wrapped trays with returnable chafing racks, and any tableware or beverages you choose.
Chef in the Freezer Custom Entree –
Dream Team Foods will produce and package a unique selection of ready to reheat frozen dinners. We will use your chosen, required ingredients to deliver a flavorful, convenient meal ready for you to heat and serve when you want the freedom and quality of a restaurant meal in your home. Imagine, nothing to do but wash the plate after you enjoy a quality meal made from ingredients of your specification. Choose organic, no preservatives, whole foods, low calorie, low carb or ingredient restriction option. Minimum order is 100 meals 10 per menu item, enough for about four servings a day for a month, or 2 servings a day for two months. Our quality is replacement guaranteed for 180 days from delivery.
Personal Chef services at your place of gathering or residence –
Allow us to participate in your event by providing attentive, experienced professional service throughout the gathering. Menu items can be finished, assembled and cooked to order minutes before your entree is plated. Your Personal Chef is also available to prepare and preserve food in advance for serving at a later date, saving you meal preparation time at home while using your chosen ingredients. An Executive Experience reserved for the most discriminating epicurean.
Your location will be your home, a park, under our tent, in your favorite fellowship hall, on your boat, at a sports event – tailgate or tables, or anywhere else you can imagine. We will fully staff and support your event with on-site prep cooks, equipment under tent cover, with optional servers in professional apparel to reflect your style and demand for a memorable, quality, culinary event.
Your choice of music (Live band, music programmer or pre-recorded) provides the mood.
